FREIGHT, SHIPPING SCHEDULE, AND CONTINGENCIES
When You place an online order, SEAL-SEAT will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of Your items and the shipping options You choose
SEAL-SEAT provides free standard shipping charges on shipments within the contiguous United States on orders of $100 or more excluding sales tax and shipping charges. You shall be responsible for the payment of shipping charges on orders of less than $100.00 and on orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. When SEAL-SEAT provides free shipping charges, SEAL-SEAT reserves the right to route the freight by the most expeditious and economical mode of transportation. Where SEAL-SEAT makes a partial shipment of an order that qualifies for freight prepayment, SEAL-SEAT will absorb transportation charges on any shipment applying to that order.
SEAL-SEAT shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or for non-delivery, in whole or part, caused by the occurrence of any contingency beyond the control of either SEAL-SEAT or SEAL-SEAT’s suppliers including, but not limited to, embargoes, war (whether an actual declaration thereof is made or not), sabotage, insurrection, riot or other act of civil disobedience, act of a public enemy, failure or delay in transportation, act of any government or any agency or subdivision thereof, judicial action, labor dispute, strike, picket, accident, fire, explosion, flood, storm, or other act of God, shortage of labor, fuel, raw materials, machinery or equipment or technical failure where SEAL-SEAT has exercised ordinary care in the prevention thereof. If any such contingency occurs, SEAL-SEAT may allocate production and deliveries among SEAL-SEAT customers.
You will need to contact our Customer Care Team at 800.972.2233, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Once the RMA is issued, you must submit an online return request, which can be found under My Account > Completed Orders. The RMA number must be included in the comments of the online return request.
The RMA number must also be marked on the package when returning. ALL RETURNS ARE VERIFIED FOR RMA. Return packages must be postmarked within seven (15) days of the RMA issue date. Packages containing expired RMAs may be refused and returned to sender at sender’s expense. If merchandise is received 15 days after the RMA is issued then merchandise will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee of the full purchase price. Refunds are issued after product is received and inspected. Refunds are not issued at time of assignment of RMA.
DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Returned Goods - To be eligible for credit, goods returned to Seal seat must meet the following requirements:a. Products must be returned within 60 days of date of purchase listed on the invoice.
c. Approval of all returns must be obtained in writing from the Customer Service Department. The Customer Service Department may be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone at 1-800-972-2233 during normal business hours.
d. Products must be listed in the current published price list.
e. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice.
f. Returned products accepted for credit are subject to a 15% handling charge.
g. Any reconditioning or repackaging cost, if necessary, will be charged extra. SEAL-SEAT reserves the right to issue credit on returned products at purchase price or current price.
h. Repair kits must be unopened and in their original packaging in order to be accepted for return.
Returns must be received at our facility within 15 days of when the Return Merchandise Authorization is provided to you by our Customer Service Department.
Send all returns via a shipping method that can be tracked with a proof of delivery/delivery confirmation (UPS/FedEx/USPS Priority Mail with delivery tracking). Insurance is recommended. Send to:

Along with your return, please be sure to include the following:
Your order number, Return Merchandise Authorization, your complete name, address, phone number and email address along with the original packing slip.
Please have Return Merchandise Authorization clearly displayed on outside of package.
